The Sr. Recruiter plays a key role in leading talent sourcing efforts and driving full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across various functions, including Finance, IT, Legal, EH&S, Corporate Development, and HR. The Sr. Recruiter plays a key role in leading talent sourcing efforts and driving full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across various functions, including Finance, IT, Legal, EH&S, Corporate Development, and HR. This position collaborates with business unit talent acquisition teams to enhance and implement best practices and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimizing the overall talent acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Partners with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent for corporate roles, building strong relationships to understand recruitment needs and gain in-depth knowledge of departmental business objectives, short- and long-term talent requirements, operations, and culture.
- Develops effective sourcing strategies to reduce reliance on external agencies, leveraging market insights to optimize search processes. Continuously monitors industry trends and practices and adapts approaches to enhance candidate attraction and selection.
- Tracks and analyzes key recruitment metrics, providing hiring managers with regular updates and insights to improve decision-making and streamline hiring process.
- Supports development of the early talent pipeline for corporate functions and plans talent acquisition activities, including job fairs, campus visits, and conferences/seminars.
- Ensures all recruitment activities for corporate functions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards, including but not limited to EEOC and AAP.
- Cross-functionally collaborates within the Talent Acquisition team to adopt standard processes and share best practices.
- Partners with Marketing and other stakeholders to advance Sotera Health's Employment Brand both internally and externally.
- Manages external partnerships and vendor relations that support Talent Acquisition objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 5-7 years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

- Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a pipeline of diverse talent.
