Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The Sr. Recruiter leads talent sourcing efforts and drives full cycle recruitment for roles across Sotera Health's Corporate functions including Finance, IT, Legal, EH&S, Corporate Development, and HR. This role also collaborates with business unit talent acquisition teams to enhance and implement best practices and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and optimizing the overall talent acquisition process.The name Sotera Health was inspired by Soteria, the Greek goddess of safety, and reflects the Company's unwavering commitment to its mission, Safeguarding Global Health®.
