Outside Sales Representative – Western Suburbs
Compensation: $55,000/year monthly commissions
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Territory: West Chicago, Elgin, and surrounding areas
About the Role
We are seeking 2 driven Sales Representative to manage and grow a client base in the West Chicago and Elgin areas. This position focuses on generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to clients within the territory.
What You’ll Do
- Client Management: Build, grow, and maintain strong client relationships with consistent communication and support.
- Sales Activities: Conduct daily outreach, schedule appointments, and engage in outside sales calls. Follow the company’s sales process to onboard new clients and negotiate rates/service agreements.
- Client Support: Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and operational success.
- Administrative Tasks: Log activities in CRM software, assist with collections, and ensure timely payments.
- Community Engagement: Network within the West Chicago and Elgin communities through trade organizations, workshops, and professional events.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media for sales/marketing purposes.
- Proven ability to achieve goals and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Availability for occasional after-hours client support via company phone.
