Source One is a consulting services company and we’re currently looking for the following individual to work as a remote consultant to our direct client, a major NJ-based utilities company.
This will be a remote role working 30-40 hours a week, but we are looking for local candidates (preferably central NJ), as some on-site training will take place at the South Plainfield location.
Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist / Scheduler (Contractor)
Pay Rate: $40/hr (W-2)
Schedule: 30-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
This position's primary function is scheduling for the Environmental Projects and Services group. The candidate must have strong communication skills and display quick problem solving and ability to multi- task. The candidate must be knowledgeable with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and have data entry experience.
Requirements:
- 5 years administrative/customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, communication and writing skills
- Excellent customer interaction skills to resolve scheduling conflicts
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve logistics issues involving scheduling requests
- Confidence speaking directly with field personnel, environmental coordinators, and suppliers
- Previous work experience in utility, construction, or environmental
- Ability to adapt to various responsibilities and work collectively within a team
