We're looking for individuals who:
✔ Speak fluent English and Spanish
✔ Have strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Enjoy a competitive and results-driven atmosphere
✔ Are organized, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking
✔ Can handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts
✔ Excel at basic math and calculating percentages
✔ Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional control in high-pressure situations
Bonus Skills: Previous collections experience or a track record of achieving sales/negotiation goals!
What You'll Do:
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to negotiate and resolve overdue accounts
- Make outbound & handle inbound calls to find solutions for past-due balances
- Negotiate payment plans tailored to customer needs
- Work in a team-oriented, supportive environment
- Set and achieve performance goals while maintaining high ethical standards
Training Program:
New hires will complete a comprehensive three-week training program to ensure success in the role.
Work Schedule:
✔ Monday - Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
✔ Wednesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
✔ Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position at our Greensboro, NC call center, where you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values success and growth.
