✔ Can handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts

✔ Excel at basic math and calculating percentages

✔ Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional control in high-pressure situations

Bonus Skills: If you have previous negotiation experience and a track record of hitting or exceeding goals, that's a plus!

Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to resolve accounts
• Negotiate payment plans and develop effective solutions for past-due balances
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a professional and goal-driven environment
• Meet and exceed performance targets while demonstrating consistency and effort

Comprehensive Training Program:

We provide a mandatory three-week paid training program to ensure you're fully equipped to succeed in your role.

Work Schedule:

✔ Monday - Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

✔ Wednesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

✔ Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Environment:

This is an on-site position at our Greensboro, NC call center, where you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values success and growth.
