POSITION SUMMARY
Sourcepass is seeking an experienced, resourceful, and passionate Vice President, Human Resources to serve as a key leader within the People & Culture Team reporting directly to the CEO. This strategic role will be instrumental in balancing the needs of our organization with the well-being and development of our employees. Leveraging empathy, sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and adaptability, the VP, HR will drive initiatives that align with Sourcepass' mission and values.
This role includes oversight of critical HR functions, such as talent acquisition, benefits, company culture, M&A people integration, Learning & Development, and HR information systems (HRIS). The VP, HR will also collaborate closely with the company's internal General Counsel on policy development, employment matters, and compliance.
This is a hybrid role requiring you to be at our headquarters in Melville, NY at least 3x / week. The salary for this position is $140,000 (negotiable based on experience).
