Now Hiring : Shipping Clerk / Assemble

Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role with variety and growth potential? We’re hiring a Shipping Clerk / Assembler for a full-time, 1st shift position with a competitive pay range of $16-$19 per hour.

Location : Waukesha, WI

Schedule : Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Summer Hours : 6 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (M-Th), 7 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM (Fri)
Non-Summer Hours : 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM (M-F)
Pay : $18 - $19 per hour
Role : 60% shipping, 40% assembly / project-based

What You’ll Do :

Prepare items for shipment, including paperwork and carrier coordination (UPS, FedEx, LTL).

Perform assembly tasks such as stripping wires, crimping terminals, tie wrapping, and some soldering.

Read blueprints, use hand tools, and follow work instructions.

Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).

Collaborate with multiple departments for smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For :

High School Diploma / GED required

Strong computer, math, and organizational skills

Ability to read a ruler, count accurately, and distinguish colors

Must be able to lift 40 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally

Forklift experience is a plus (training available)

Shipping / receiving experience is a plus but not required

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
