SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Bankruptcy Paralegal for a top rated law firm to be based in their New Jersey office.
The ideal candidate will support Bankruptcy Attorneys by assisting in daily tasks related to legal proceedings. Takes responsibility for the preparation and filing of diverse legal documents, conducts thorough research, and provides support across a spectrum of bankruptcy
What You'll Do :
- Bankruptcy Paralegal with a strong background and able to work independently and with clients and third parties to resolve / finalize issues
- Follow up and check on status of bankruptcy cases
- Docket relevant information and future follow-up dates
- Perform bankruptcy search on various databases and docket results
- Drafting and / or reviewing related documents
- Assist with electronic court filings and various bankruptcy motions
- Any other duties as necessary or required
