Job Responsibilities
Under general supervision, provides leadership and supports the development, implementation, and evaluation activities of family peer support. Implements program service and activities, including training, and communication. Effectively provides and coordinates services for youth and young adults and their families throughout the catchment area. Facilities meetings and outreach/engagement efforts. Works collaboratively with program staff and community partners to achieve objectives and performance measures of grant initiatives.
A high school diploma and relevant human services or social services experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required experience.
Family Peer Support certification preferred. Per requirements of SAMHSA Grant, MUST have lived experience with Mental Illness and received mental health services.

A high school diploma and relevant human services or social services experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required experience.

- Work with identified communities to implement family peer support services, family leadership within agencies that serve young people and their families within the system care act.
- Work with youth and young adult and family engagement team to coordinate referral transition process for youth/young and family admissions.
- Work with project local site partners to establish family engagement and support development strategies as well as increasing a family voice within participating agencies and the system of care.
