What are the responsibilities and job description for the S395 - Counselor I - FOCUS - Sptbg - Family Peer position at State of South Carolina?
- Work with identified communities to implement family peer support services, family leadership within agencies that serve young people and their families within the system care act.
- Work with youth and young adult and family engagement team to coordinate referral transition process for youth/young and family admissions.
- Work with project local site partners to establish family engagement and support development strategies as well as increasing a family voice within participating agencies and the system of care.
Family Peer Support certification preferred. Per requirements of SAMHSA Grant, MUST have lived experience with Mental Illness and received mental health services.A high school diploma and relevant human services or social services experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required experience.

Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish (or another language) are a plus.
