Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Core tasks: communication and organization. Duties include but are not limited to:
· Assist the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) with daily Chamber operations.
· Prepare and send monthly correspondence to new, renewing, and inactive members.
· Maintain ChamberMaster database accuracy.
· Provide backup phone coverage.
· Familiarize with Welcome Center and Launchpad resources to assist visitors.
· Attend Chamber events such as luncheons, networking events, banquets, and festivals.
· Assist with event documentation, including photography and video.
· Meet with members to assess their needs.
· Review and recommend website and social media content changes.
· Understand and communicate Chamber benefits and services.
· Know Chamber members, board of directors, and committee members.
· Address member inquiries and provide referrals.
· Work on special projects, maintaining accurate progress documentation.
· Assist the CEO with membership communications and data analysis.
· Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance programming.
· Provide content for event web pages.
· Attend Ambassador Meetings and coordinate Ribbon Cuttings.
· Supervise event-related tasks assigned to team members.

Education and/or Experience:
· High School education required.
· Experience in membership sales or service sales preferred, especially in non-profit organizations.

· Competent in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software.
Physical Requirements:
· Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
· Present information one-on-one and to groups.
· Use the telephone and computer for communication and research.
· Attend meetings and events at various locations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
