Human Resources Manager
South County Rehab is looking for an energetic, results orientated team leader with superior interpersonal and communication skills to take charge of the Environmental Service Department. Successful candidate must be a team player and lead by example in how to create and function in a team environment. This hands-on position will involve the following:
Duties Include (but are not limited to)
- Employment process
- Facilitate Safety Meetings
- Payroll administration
- Worker's compensation and OSHA compliance
- Merit review process and personnel file maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human capital management and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and benefits administration
- Familiarity with employment and labor laws, including FMLA
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage talent acquisition and performance management processes
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement in HR functions
- Proficiency in using HR software
