Job Description:
The Clinical Director, Residential Recovery will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the Case Managers and staff in conjunction with the Program Director. This includes communicating effectively with collateral providers, ensuring coordination of care, managing and developing staff, completing required paperwork, and attending engagement team meetings as requested.
This role requires a Master's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or Human Services, along with excellent organizational, training, and time management skills, and working knowledge of MS Word & Excel. The ability to drive a 15-passenger van is also necessary.
The Clinical Director will have direct or incidental contact with clients served by SMOC in various programs funded or administered through the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.
