We’re Looking For a Passionate, Results-driven Individual With
- Experience in personal development, life coaching, or stress management, particularly for young mothers or underserved communities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences, especially young mothers.
- Knowledge of time management, stress management techniques, and self-care practices.
- Empathy and the ability to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for participants to learn and feel comfortable.
- Organizational skills to deliver a clear, structured 45-minute presentation with actionable strategies and hands-on activities.
- A commitment to South Project’s mission of empowering young mothers to thrive personally and professionally while maintaining their well-being.
- Background in psychology, counseling, life coaching, or social work.
- Experience working with young mothers or underserved populations.
- Previous experience delivering workshops or group training sessions focused on time management, stress relief, or life skills.
- A passion for helping others improve their mental, emotional, and physical health.
- 1-2 hours for preparation and content creation.
- 45-minute presentation during the Life Skills and Self-Care Workshop.
