Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our family-oriented team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and evaluating a variety of events tailored to our clients. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with marketing team to understand their event goals and objectives. Execute promotional events from conception to completion, including schedule, inventory, and vendor relationship management. Ensure the best services and prices for customers. Manage event marketing and promotional efforts to maximize attendance and engagement. Oversee on-site event management, including setup, coordination, and breakdown. Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all events. Qualifications : 1 years in Events, Hospitality, Retail, Marketing, Sales or a related customer service field preferred. Strong communication skills and time-management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
