Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of mold and injection molding processes.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to operate lift equipment
- Must have working knowledge of tool room equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and direct work schedule.
- Perform molded part set-ups on Injection Molding Machinery and Peripheral Equipment. Follow optimized process programs. Perform part inspections and evaluations. Create or develop processes using systematic molding techniques. Follow SOE’s and SOP’s.
- Adjust processes as needed to maintain highest quality parts and assure equipment is running at peak efficiency.
- Clean and inspect molds, return to appropriate staging area.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S housekeeping standards.
- Able to work closely with others in the department.
