What are the responsibilities and job description for the SE!KIDS Ministry Associate, Early Childhood Blankenbaker Campus position at Southeast Christian Church?
The Early Childhood Ministry Associate will shepherd volunteers and oversee the weekend programming for preschool children (ages 3-5 years) as they grow in discovering God, His story, and our place in it.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensure proper volunteer staffing for weekly services
- Shepherd and encourage volunteers, children and parents
- Adapt curriculum to meet programming needs for preschoolers at the Blankenbaker campus
- Ensure curriculum supplies are readily available for each service
- Work alongside the Early Childhood Leader and other Associates to execute ministry objectives each week
- Help with Special Events throughout the year
- Participate in weekly meetings with your team
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an Associate’s Degree in Child Development (CDA)
- 2-3 years of working or volunteer experience in Children’s Ministry
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Excellent communication, administration, organization multi-tasking skills
- Adaptable to change
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one
- Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and live out our church Mantras in tangible ways.
