Administrative Assistant
full time in office position-Mon-Fri from 8 am-4:30 pm
must have a high school diploma
knowledgeable in Word and Excel
knowledgeable of multi-line phone system and office equipment
must have driver’s license and car insurance
Duties include:
- entering high volumes of data accurately and in a timely manner in the Early Steps data base
-following agency and program policies and procedures
-receiving, organizing, and responding to all correspondence and record requests in a timely manner
-assisting providers with billing concerns
-taking new referrals from a variety of sources, assigning cases, and maintaining a log
-control office supplies by monitoring usage, ordering new supplies, and restocking
-filing large quantities of paperwork and maintaining accurate and organized files
-assisting Family support coordinators and providers with incoming and outgoing paperwork, making corrections, and answering questions regarding policies and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 per year
