Head Coach - Women's SoccerDepartment of Intercollegiate AthleticsFull Time Primary ResponsibilitiesPlans, directs, and administers all aspects of the women’s soccer program including fiscal managementCoaches, recruits and provides academic oversight for student-athletesEnsures compliance with University, NCAA, and OVC rules and regulationsPromotes Southeast Missouri State University and its athletics programs through community involvement, public relations and fund raising under the direction of the Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics

Bachelor’s degreeDemonstrated successful collegiate soccer coaching, professional club experience and/or collegiate playing experienceDemonstrated budget management experienceDemonstrated ability to actively recruit and attract qualified student-athletes to campusDemonstrated knowledge of and commitment to NCAA regulationsDemonstrated ability to work successfully with students, faculty, community and mediaDemonstrated ability to motivate student-athletes academically and athleticallyAbility to work evening and weekend hoursExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
