Key Responsibilities:
- Guide patients through fertility treatment processes, including IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
- Manage cycle coordination, medication schedules, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Provide compassionate patient communication, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and embryologists to ensure smooth treatment processes.
- Efficiently utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and patient scheduling systems.
- Assist with insurance verification and prior authorization related to fertility treatments.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in reproductive medicine or OB/GYN is a plus but not required.
