What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Service Coordinator (ISC) position at Southern Illinois Case Coordination Services, Inc?
Southern IL Case Coordination Services provides conflict free case management to individuals who have a developmental disability.
The duties include but are not limited to:
- Development of a comprehensive Personal Plan
- Collaborating with service providers to ensure that the individual's health, safety, welfare and well-being is as desired and that the individual is satisfied with services received.
- The ISC encourages individuals and families to make informed decisions, exercise choice, and have maximum control over their lives.
- The ISC works from his/her home and is independent in scheduling required work duties and responsibilities.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals who have a developmental disability. An RN with a minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals who have a developmental disability.

Job Type: Full-time exempt status. No over-time is available.
Exempt Salaried position: $44,000.00 per year with opportunity to earn 5% incentive pay. Starting pay can be negotiated based on experience, qualifications, QIDP status
