The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University is currently seeking one Office Assistant at our Campus location to support multiple administrative offices including the Office of the University Registrar and the Office of Academic Quality, Coordination, and Enablement. The Office Assistant will help with scanning records to student files or SharePoint sites, distributing mail, and data entry into our Student Information System. Weekend and night hours are not required! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Review office mail, voicemail messages, and Service Portal requests and distribute to the appropriate team Upload student records and academic agreements into our repositories Input data into our Student Information System while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy Assist with diplomas orders and inventory Other duties and/or projects as assigned (research; proofreading and formatting materials; etc.) Minimum Qualifications: Enrollment in an Undergraduate program at SNHU Work Study as part of their financial aid package Ability to comply with FERPA regulations and adhere to student confidentiality protocol Reliable and communicative as schedule changes arise Attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop skills Preferred Qualifications: Conscientious and hard working Ability to work independently Please provide an overview of how you will manage the position remotely including approving hours, communication plan and evaluation plan: Hours will be on campus within the office hours of Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm around class schedule. Student will have an open line of communication with supervisor. We understand that school work comes first and will work with you to arrange a schedule that works best for your priorities. Since the schedule can be flexible and fluctuate week to week, when you are working, we expect your full support to the task at hand. This is not a student position where homework is allowed during work hours.
