What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent position at Southern Oaks Inn?
We are hiring enthusiastic, passionate customer service professionals, hoteliers and individuals looking to advance and excel in hotel operations!
The specific hours we're looking to fill are Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm until 7am.
Requirements:
- Able to work overnight (11am - 7pm)
- Proficient with Property Management Software (we use SkyTouch) or something equivalent from another industry
- Comfortable with light cleaning tasks
- Comfortable with assisting guests with their luggage / providing intuitive customer service to make the overall guest experience wonderful and memorable
- Good verbal communication skills
- 1 or more years in a face-to-face customer service role preferred
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, & holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems.
- Conduct night audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth operation throughout the night.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
