JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for providing a wide range of HR support with an emphasis on recruiting and administering special projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages the recruiting process to include requisition management, posting jobs, and social media campaigns; screens, interviews, debriefs and extends offers of employment.
- Collaborate with Hiring managers and HR Manager on understanding staffing needs and developing effective recruitment strategies
- Build relationships with Military, Colleges/Universities/Trade Schools, and other sources to build a talent pipeline.
- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, College career days, agency sponsored events, community and business partner events
- Stay active on job boards and social networks to find talent and create job descriptions
- Champion best practices for recruiting and onboarding employees.
- Generate recruitment reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing recruiting data and trends
- Manages the onboarding process to include conducts background checks, and pre-employment drug tests; administers all onboarding related activities and tasks.
- Assists HR leadership and participates in department initiatives and projects as needed; actively contributes to continuous improvement with the team.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (non-exempt, exempt, managerial positions) utilizing an ATS.
- Enterprise HCM/HRIS experience helpful.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter a plus
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and HR software
- Experience developing recruiting strategies
