Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and preparing correspondence.
- Provide support to dental staff as needed, acting as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle customer support inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling, data management, and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Excellent calendar management skills to coordinate appointments effectively.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
