This position is based out of our corporate office in Greenville, SC.The Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating wholesale order entry and administration supporting Account Relationship Associates, Outside Sales Representatives, and providing exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Crew Position:
- Assist account relationship team and outside sales representatives with order maintenance, inventory allocation, and returns/exchanges.
- Answer phone calls and emails to assist wholesale accounts for general questions, occasional reorders, order tracking, etc.
- Administer wholesale order entry and maintenance, and monitor backorders, ensuring regular communication with sales reps and accounts.
- Monitor monthly wholesale orders that need to be corrected or updated (Canceled, extended, or items canceled off)
- Assist account relationship team with trade show appointment scheduling.
- Ship promotional items to accounts and prospective accounts
- Maintain knowledge of the line seasonally, include product quality, sizing, etc. to discuss with wholesale customers
- Keep the company informed of any significant customer information
- Organize and distribute prospects who have submitted online
- Support sample management and ensure supplies like hangars, racks, etc. are in stock
- Assist with trade show coordination including sample management.
- Create and distribute the order forms and price lists for each line, each season

Who we would like to meet:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Generally, 0 years of relevant experience required however experience in a sales or business support role is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in Excel and other Microsoft Office program
- Experience with B2B platforms such as RepSpark
