What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tribal Project Coordinator position at Southern Ute Indian Tribe?
As a Tribal Project Coordinator with the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of professional project management and support services to the Tribe. This position involves assisting in the coordination and communication with other Tribal Departments as needed on all projects and programs.
The successful candidate will assist the Tribal Housing Director in leading, overseeing, and directing design engineers, architects, inspectors, soils testers, surveyors, contractors, other consultants and testing organizations involved in ongoing and/or proposed construction projects.
This position requires strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Tribal officials, staff, and the public.
You will also develop and maintain spreadsheets tracking systems for all expenditures on Tribal as well as federally funded projects.
