Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess STRONG communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage *multiple* tasks efficiently. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while assisting with various administrative duties.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain office organization by handling correspondence, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
  • Provide support to team members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure their needs are met promptly.

Skills

  • Proficient in calendar management and time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
  • Experience as a receptionist or in similar front desk roles is required.
  • Excellent customer support skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Previous experience as a clerk or personal assistant is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
