Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage calendar appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office organization by handling correspondence, filing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
- Provide support to team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure their needs are met promptly.
Skills
- Proficient in calendar management and time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications.
- Experience as a receptionist or in similar front desk roles is required.
- Excellent customer support skills with a focus on creating a welcoming environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Previous experience as a clerk or personal assistant is advantageous.
