Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing new consultation and installation appointment scheduling ensuring that customers receive timely and efficient service. This position requires excellent communication and multitasking, as well as strong analytical skills to make informed decisions
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor scheduling team members, providing training and development opportunities in collaboration with team leads.
- Conduct regular audits of call recordings to identify areas for improvement, address findings with team members, and report action plans to senior management.
- Analyze and interpret scheduling reports to identify focus areas for departmental improvement.
- Monitor install scheduling to ensure alignment with financial goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, ensuring calendars are optimally filled without gaps.
- Track manufacturing ETA trends, alerting leadership to deviations from expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify workflow bottlenecks and actively seek, present, and implement solutions with the department team.
- Review sales calendars to verify that scheduling aligns with designer capacity and capabilities, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Schedule, assign, and follow up on storage and warehouse audits, ensuring timely completion.
- Proactively collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to provide updates to customers regarding significant delays or issues that may lead to escalations.
