Business Development Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth efforts, generate new business opportunities, and secure commercial cleaning contracts. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and janitorial cleaning markets
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to understand cleaning needs and propose tailored solutions
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms align with company goals and client expectations
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support retention and growth
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track sales activities, report on performance metrics, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or related industries
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in CRM softwares and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
