Don’t let the job title fool you: The Site Administrator position is more than administrative—in this key role, you will lead, direct and manage the operations of one of our behavioral health outpatient clinics, working side-by-side with the clinical director to ensure the needs of patients, employees and the organization are met. While our caring and dedicated medical staff and treatment teams work to serve our patients, you will be responsible to ensure everything that goes on around them is operating smoothly: the electronic medical record, appointment and transportation scheduling, building and facility needs, staffing and scheduling, reports, budgeting, special projects and requests, grievances and appeals, on-call services, and more.
You will also ensure clinical employees have the support and tools they need to provide efficient, quality care and timely services to our members. You must have a keen focus on high quality patient care, a positive customer service attitude, be responsive, and have a desire to serve your fellow employees and our community with honesty, respect and strength.
REQUIREMENTS
Education, Certification, and Experience Requirements
- Master's or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- Minimum two years supervisory experience required.
- Minimum four years experience in behavioral health preferred.
- Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications (offered through Southwest Network)
- Must maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Knowledge, Ability, and Skills
- Must display exemplary leadership skills..
- Requires effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to follow direction, use sound judgment, possess excellent management skills, and be able to identify priorities and stay organized.
- Ability to utilize multiple types of office equipment (i.e. phones, copier, fax, etc.)
- Ability to type 25 to 40 WPM is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Must be able to utilize the internet and various web browsers
