- Assist recruiting department with staffing all Muransky Companies
- Complete initial screening of candidates and provide recommended list for operational and HR management review
- Coordinate setup of interview schedules, priority lists, and pipeline reports for assigned positions
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports, including personnel records
- Assist in creating offer letters and employment agreements
- Post job listings on job boards and social media platforms
- Ensure compliance of recruitment processes to all Federal, State and Local regulations
- Must either be a recent graduate or in the process of completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must be 18 years of age
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
