SPAARK, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to support our Operations Team. This position is remote and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts, helping to identify and attract top-tier candidates to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of recruitment process.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and other stakeholders to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Partner with hiring manager to understand their team’s hiring needs to ensure recruiting methods and strategies align with hiring goals.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to proactively source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with hiring manager, operations staff, and human resources during offer process to identify salary, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Coordinate recruiting team’s efforts to ensure proper prioritization and hiring goals are met.
- Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies.
- Help mature current tools and processes used for recruiting.
- Participate in career fairs and recruiting sessions, as needed by the organization.
- Develop and maintain program to train members of recruiting team in accordance with established recruiting processes.

- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process is highly preferred.
- Other duties as assigned.
