Work Tour: Full-Time/Long-Term Salaried Position (M-F 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)
Responsibilities:
- Support C-Level Executives and Executive Team with day-to-day general office responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Typing - minimum of 45 words by touch
- Self-motivated/works well independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time-management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to identify potential concerns and offer possible solutions
- Effective Task Management skills
- Adaptable to unexpected changes that may occur throughout the workday with an ability to modify scheduled tasks accordingly
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with experience and Midwest region cost of living scale
