We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Color Testing and Promotion Coordinator to join our team at Sparkle & Co. In this role, you will be responsible for testing new color samples of dip powder, gel, polish, and nail polish. You will also assist in planning promotions and creating engaging concepts to showcase our products, including our monthly subscription offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct color tests on dip powders, gels, and polishes, with a target of 100 tests per day.
- Finalize formulations based on test results, including preparing large batches of dip powder, gel, or nail polish needed for promotions and subscriptions.
- Design and create sweatshirt graphics that match the colors in our collections for promotions.
- Take and edit high-quality photos, including flat-lay style and swatch photos, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
- Provide a detailed recap at the end of each day via video, summarizing accomplishments and any insights.
- Maintain a focused and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for color and trends.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to produce beautiful daily recaps.
- Comfortable taking and editing photos for promotional use.
- Focused on planning and considering upcoming events for the month ahead.
- Eager to grow and advance, constantly seeking new challenges and learning opportunities.
- Proactive in asking how to help more and what tasks are needed.
