Job Description:

As a Plumbing Field Service Technician, you will perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and installations for both residential and commercial clients. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional customer service skills to ensure systems function safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plumbing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in plumbing systems accurately
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing fittings and components as required
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while on-site
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining services and providing recommendations to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, completed work, and parts used
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and satisfactory project completion
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to improve job performance
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid and current plumbing license in the state(s) of operation
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably in plumbing roles
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within the designated service region
• Physical capability to handle and move heavy equipment and work in various environments
