This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Accurately diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
- Install, repair, and replace electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and HVAC systems as needed.
