What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Life Cycle Recruiter position at Sparks Group?
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for highly cleared positions, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the client’s needs.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates within the cleared community, including attending industry events and job fairs as needed.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive screenings, including interviews and assessments, to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client’s organization.
- Clearance Verification: Ensure candidates possess the necessary security clearances and are well-versed in the implications of government contracting and compliance.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the client’s onboarding team and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 5 years of recruiting experience, specializing in highly cleared roles in the federal or defense sectors.
- Deep understanding of security clearance levels and the clearance process.
- Proven track record of sourcing and engaging candidates using innovative methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor’s degree.
