We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our client’s team in Kalamazoo, MI. Key Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments accurately

• Generate and send customer statements and invoices

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and other healthcare-related billing requirements

• Utilize EMR systems for billing and census tracking

• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, claims billing, or a related healthcare field

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including Medicaid or healthcare-related invoicing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
