Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment collection.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of customer accounts.
Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in month-end closing processes as needed.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Skills :
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
