About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Franchise Sales to lead our franchise development efforts. This role requires an experienced professional who understands the franchise sales process, excels in lead management, and has a proven ability to close deals, bringing in qualified franchise owners who align with our brand values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic franchise sales plan to drive nationwide expansion.
• Manage and nurture leads through the entire franchise sales journey, from initial inquiry to signing the agreement.
• Conduct discovery calls, webinars, and in-person meetings to educate potential franchisees on the Spartan Floor Coatings opportunity.
• Evaluate and qualify prospective franchise owners to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.
• Work closely with leadership to refine franchise sales processes and optimize lead conversion.
• Represent Spartan Floor Coatings at franchise expos, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain an organized and data-driven approach to tracking leads, forecasting sales, and reporting key metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance franchise recruitment campaigns and improve lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Experience: 5 years in sales, previous franchise sales is preferred.
• Sales-Driven Mentality: A strong closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding franchise sales goals.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of franchise business models, agreements, and operational processes.
• Relationship Builder: Ability to connect with and inspire potential franchisees to invest in Spartan Floor Coatings.
• Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple leads and deals simultaneously.
• Excellent Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, lead tracking tools.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% for expos, events, and in-person meetings.
