About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Franchise Sales Executive with a strong background in sales and at least one year of direct franchising experience. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple leads at once, and is passionate about connecting entrepreneurs with exciting business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture incoming franchise leads through the full sales journey, from initial inquiry to signed agreement.
- Conduct discovery calls, webinars, and one-on-one meetings to present the Spartan Floor Coatings franchise opportunity.
- Evaluate and qualify prospective franchisees to ensure alignment with our brand values and business model.
- Maintain an organized lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies, improve conversion rates, and meet growth targets.
- Represent Spartan Floor Coatings at franchise expos, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing to optimize franchise recruitment campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems to track performance and forecast results.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years of overall sales experience, including at least 1 year in franchise sales.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, with strong closing skills.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple leads and deals efficiently while keeping impeccable records.
- Business-Savvy: Familiar with franchise business models, legal agreements, and operational structures.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled at building trust and rapport with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Effective Communicator: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel up to 25% for expos, meetings, and events.
