- Manage daily office operations, including phone calls, emails, correspondence & payroll correspondence
- Organize and maintain office files and employee records
- Ensure supplies and parts are stocked and reordered when necessary
- Schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments
- Monitor/track job status and customer invoicing
- Process customer payments and maintain billing records
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders for past due invoices, ensuring timely collection and maintaining positive client relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving complaints
