Job Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for field technicians needing help with software and other technical issues. This role requires a problem solver who is comfortable troubleshooting issues on mobile devices, desktops, and across multiple operating systems. The ideal candidate will not only resolve technical issues but will also assist in the deployment and configuration of new software updates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical assistance to field staff.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and routine audits of field data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to test and roll out updates that enhance software functionality.
- Create and maintain clear documentation of common issues, solutions, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and create user guides to help our field technicians.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to provide feedback on software usability and potential enhancements.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and support methodologies to continuously improve service quality.
Competencies/Qualifications:
- Proficient with troubleshooting on Android and Windows.
- Familiarity with deploying and supporting in-house software applications.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support field operations.
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- Intermediate proficiency in varied computer skills.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
