About the Role
This is a hybrid position that requires three days of in-office work in Yardley, PA. The Account Manager's primary objective is to boost revenue, customer satisfaction, and loyalty by upholding the highest standards of client service from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinking: Maintain margin targets and increase existing/new customer sales through strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the identification of additional opportunities for innovative, high-quality, cost-effective packaging solutions and improve product development, risk management, and supplier quality.
- Operational Execution: Manage all account management tasks, including production schedules, design workflows, and project timelines.
- Innovation Projects: Participate in innovation projects to ensure client satisfaction from inquiry to delivery.
- Financial Reviews: Assist with financial reviews, including pricing audits, payment schedules, freight reconciliations, and budgeting for new projects.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in account management of consumer goods or merchandise development;
- Ability to communicate and influence both written and verbally;
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and prioritization skills;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
