Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our dermatology practice. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, optimizing workflow efficiency, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management
- Lead and support front office, medical assistants, and back-office teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and service delivery
- Assist with hiring, training, evaluations, and ongoing staff development
- Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to streamline processes
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering
- Monitor and report on clinic performance, KPIs, and goals
- Resolve patient complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Support billing, coding, and financial processes as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of healthcare management experience (dermatology or specialty clinic preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in EHR systems (EMA/Modernizing Medicine a plus)
- Understanding of medical billing, insurance, and front office operations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
