Specialized Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced On-Site Recruiting and Retention Manager to join our high performing recruiting management team. We are interested in candidates who have done high-volume staffing in an industrial environment or with a staffing agency.

Qualified candidate must have prior management, customer service and hiring experience. Degreed preferred but not required depending on experience. Excellent Opportunity for a top performer.
DUTIES:
· Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the company
· Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
· Utilize social media platforms and job boards for lead generation and candidate outreach
· Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
· Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
· Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
· Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process
· Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
· Complete employee onboarding and orientation processes
· Travel to customer’s multisite to work with hiring managers and for employee engagement
SKILLS
· Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
· Experience in conducting employee evaluations and performance assessments
· Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners
· Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
· Ability to conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
