Based in NYC, the Construction Manager will participate in a variety of projects across a national portfolio of properties.
Work includes:
- Capital expenditure projects
- Tenant improvement projects
- Site work
- Ground up construction
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in general contracting/construction management, civil engineering or real estate development. Knowledge of industrial real estate projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is key.
