This individual will provide strategic direction and operational oversight, partnering with Office Managers, Doctors, practice teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional patient care, optimize practice performance, and achieve organizational objectives and initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee a number of practice groups within a designated territory.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to Office Managers, Doctors and practice teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Monitor and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including patient schedule utilization, patient experience ratings, patient access, payroll, collections, receivables, and operational expenses.
- Implement and enforce best practices, policies, and compliance standards, including OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with practice teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support as needed in the implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor revenue, collections, costs & practice specific information for proper management.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional goals, including revenue growth, profitability, loss and patient satisfaction.
- Manage regional profit and loss (P&L) performance, ensuring practices meet financial targets.
- Deliver high-value financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by the management team.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to maintain a competitive edge for each practice.
- Conduct regular meetings to review practice performance, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Support peer groups in training and on boarding of new Regional Directors or other team members as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between practice teams and corporate leadership, ensuring alignment, execution and sustainability on organizational objectives.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the dental, healthcare, or retail industries.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, planning and financial performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with expert-level financial modeling skills, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and financial plans.
- Strong skills in fostering working relationships, leading with influence to Doctor teams and building teams core competencies
- Must be able to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and strategizing to achieve complex financial models aligned with organizational needs.
