What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Specialty Design+Build?
Specialty Design Build is a developer focusing on luxury homes, modern cottages, and re-developing multi-family properties. Our affiliated companies include Specialty Real Estate Group (residential and commercial real estate brokerage) and Specialty Home Loans (mortgage company).
We are looking for a Project Coordinator based in the San Francisco Bay Area for our single family, accessory dwelling unit, townhome and remodel projects located in the San Francisco Bay Area and in the Greater Seattle Area (remote work).
Day to day, this role will involve supervising contractors, subcontractors, and tradespeople on various ongoing projects as well as planning for upcoming projects in the pipeline to ensure flawless execution from start to finish
Flexible work options including part-time, contract, hybrid are available.
Qualifications
- Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Strong background in project management and coordination within the construction industry (or a strong willingness to learn!)
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with construction estimating and site management.
- Additional language skills a plus (Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Spanish, Russian and/or Ukrainian)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
